• February-June 2013- Divisional level support team meeting(Supt., Exec. Staff, A.I.R., Admin.) –THESE MEETINGS OCCUR MONTHLY- Need to intensify preparation for S.O.L. assessments was identified- Plan devised which includes members of the school leadership team teaching daily lessons for the next 12 weeks

Implement restructured 60-minute Math block using a differentiated model

Break Down of Instructional Block• Teachers are required to submit plans for I/E and the 60-

minute block to the principal for review. Administrators use these plans to monitor and support re-teaching. Data from I/E block is submitted to the Leadership team to monitor effectiveness and also by the Student Support Team to monitor student progress.

• Saturday School has been implemented for specific students and is staffed by members of the school leadership team with community volunteer support. Student attendance, enthusiasm, and learning are at a high level.
