Purchases (Equipment/Material):
� Two stage qualification process with second stage only required for major purchases.
� Examples of information required in stage two are financial statements, insurance certificates, health and safety records, bonding limits, etc.
Services (Professional):
� For subcontracted services prequalification occurs through the global supplier qualification process questionnaire.

� Potential suppliers of services or components complete the prequalification process.
� ABB will send a request for proposal or quotation package to applicable suppliers.
� All submittals which meet the commercial terms will be evaluated based on the technical requirements, price, and experience with prior supply.
� Suppliers must agree to ABB terms & conditions, which include signing and strictly abiding by the ABB Code of Conduct.
