Precision Designed Intake Tube:The intake tubes are designed to maximize airflow, volume and air velocity. Every tube is dyno tested and flowed using the latest engineering tools for maximum performance, mileage and throttle response.

One-piece Heat Shield:Found on open element air intake systems, the one-piece heat shield is built of rugged 16-gauge steel and is powder-coated for long lasting durability. The shield is designed to seal at the hood to lock out warm engine air.

Sealed Air Box Design:Found on sealed air intake systems is a cross-linked polypropylene rotomolded plastic air box which replaces the restrictive stock air box and ensures a consistent supply of cold fresh air to the filter.

Brushed Aluminum Cover:The cover blocks heat, directs cold air to the filter and quiets intake noise. Not only does it increase performance but it also adds a touch of style to the engine with the added clear coat anodized brushed aluminum top with aFe urocal. (Featured on Select Systems).

MACH Force XP exhaust systems are constructed of mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel and come complete with free-flowing muffler, tubing, OE style bayonet hangers, band clamps and all hardware necessary for a hassle-free installation. The smooth curves and design of this exhaust system help to remove restriction and keep exhaust gas flowing smoothly for increased horsepower, torque and throttle response. Multiple Styles:aFe Power exhaust systems easily mount to factory locations and come with all needed hardware for a hassle-free installation. Systems available in Hi-tuck and street style which include tip.

Mandrel-Bent:aFe Power exhaust tubes are 100% mandrel-bent to ensure the tubing maintains its shape and size, providing smooth, unrestricted airflow through-out the entire system.

Free Flowing Muffler:A 409 Stainless Steel free flowing muffler is used for maximum flow and performance. This muffler provides a mellow yet powerful exhaust note with a quiet, smooth idle.

Quality Fit:OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time.

Band Clamps:High quality OE style band-clamps are used for a complete 3600 sealing surface. These clamps are superior to standard U-Bolt clamps.

TWISTED STEEL™ HEADERS

The new Twisted Steel performance headers from aFe Power are redefining the header industry with new pulse control technology. aFe engineers have designed this header using optimum tube lengths and merged collectors for maximum flow and velocity for power delivery across theentire power band. Combined with a large 1/2" thick head flange and 14-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing, you have a header that is both strong and powerful. Twisted Steel headers are 100% bolt-on with no modifications necessary and are proudly engineered and built in Corona, California.

Mitered Collectors:Mitered collectors extend the tube length into the flange to decrease exhaust turbulence (back pressure) and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.

TIG-Welded Construction:100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.

SILVER BULLET™ THROTTLE BODY SPACER

This Silver Bullet throttle body spacer is constructed from precision machined T-6061 billet aluminum and is designed using a serrated helix design that creates turbulence in the air flow at the point just prior to entry into the engine optimizing the combustion cycle. This turbulence helps the air fuel charge burn completely, providing increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response. This spacer works with the OE and aFe Power cold air intake systems.

T-6061 Billet Aluminum:aFe Power Throttle Body Spacers are constructed from precision machined T-6061 billet aluminum for light weight, high strength and perfect fit and finish.

Serrated/Helix Design:This design creates intake turbulence in the combustion chamber breaking up fuel and creating a more complete combustion cycle which increases performance and improving throttle response. The Serrated/Helix design reduces intake whistle that occurs with Helix-only designs.

Serrated Entry:Creates turbulence which reduces the annoying whistling sound especially at idle and cruising speeds found on non-serrated throttle body spacers.

Finally a programmer that is integrated to work with aftermarket performance products. The Scorcher from aFe Power utilizes a fully integrated tuning system that is matched to aFe Power performance intakes, exhausts and manifolds. These tuners are designed to provide maximum performance over the entire RPM range. Producing up to 24hp and 24lbs. x ft. torque, aFe Power has partnered with Superchips to develop the exclusive tuners to maximize all available power without sacrificing safety to the motor. This small hand-held unit contains multiple tunes per application that can be changed to match the driving condition (performance, mileage, towing, etc.). The easy to follow prompts make this product one of the easiest and fun ways to increase power and improve driveability.

PRO-GUARD D2™ OIL FILTER

Pro-Guard D2 oil filters are the next generation in oil filter technology. This oil filter is constructed with extreme conditions in mind. A heavy duty 600lb. burst-strength canister with a 3/8" nut ratchet drive is built into the filter for easy installation and removal. The inside of the filter uses an NF21 synthetic composite material which provides maximum engine protection with minimal flow restriction. Heavy-duty coil spring, wire-backed media, center tube and 0.100" thick base plate provide maximum strength. The Pro-Guard D2 Oil Filter outflows and has a higher filter efficiency than all other oil filters on the market today.

2012-CURRENT JEEP WRANGLER JK V6-3.6L

The 2012 to Current Jeep Wrangler JK combines the aggressive look of the early JK and the power of the early Jeeps with the launch of the 3.6L Pentastar® motor. aFe Power was first to market with a complete power solution for the JK. Our design process starts with the Stage 2 cold air intake system bringing in more air. We then bring in the billet aluminum throttle body spacer to maximize the air fuel mixture for maximum combustion. Add the complete line-up of exhaust systems in both 2.5" to 3" in Hi-tuck design and street style designs with tips and you have a complete performance solution. If you lift your JK (“and who doesn’t”) you will need a performance Y-pipe to help you deal with the front drive shaft that can make contact with the factory Y-pipe. When combining the intake, Y-pipe and exhaust, we produced an additional 12hp and13lbs. x ft. torque for more on and off-road excitement.

The 07-11 Jeep Wrangler JK was the first Wrangler to be offered with a 4-door option. The 3.8L-V6 offered was dramatically underpowered when compared to the previous TJ model. aFe Power immediately went to work to develop the most complete line-up of performance parts for the JK on the market. The line up includes cold air intake systems, throttle body spacers, a Scorcher tuner and exhaust systems with tip or Hi-tuck options. When Jeep released the new Grand Cherokee WJ in 1999, it was a grand departure from previous model ZT. This vehicle had a great body style, an aggressive grille and headlight style and looked like it could climb hills just as easily as it carried kids to soccer practice.
