The Group has its origins in Jebsen & Co, a trading and shipping

business formed in Hong Kong on Mar 1, 1895 by two young

entrepreneurs, cousins Jacob Jebsen and Heinrich Jessen.

The partners went on to set up Jebsen & Jessen Hamburg in

Germany in Jan 1909 to coordinate the trading activities and

maintain relations between their firms in China and their

European principals.

Jebsen & Jessen (SEA) was established in 1963 to

concentrate on serving the emerging consumer and industrial

markets of South East Asia.

Since 1963 we have worked in partnerships with global market leaders,facilitating and capitalising on opportunities throughout South East Asia. An industrial enterprise, our business spans manufacturing, engineering and distribution activities. The core business units include: Cable Technology, Chemicals, Communications, Life Sciences, Marketing, Material Handling, Packaging and Technology.
