Ltd Web site :- www.gati.com Training and Development: Identification of training need, conducting / facilitating T&D initiatives, interacting with the H R team for training and development. Conduct training needs analysis, coordinate generate and monitor yearly plans for regional and external training programs. Employee relations: These include conducting and follow up on ‘Open House’ meets, employee counseling and mentoring. HRIS related activities: Assist in the design of the new HRIS in coordination with the IT department. Update staff information on the HRIS. Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies of the company. Responsible for identifying job rotation opportunities for the employees across the region and across division. Plan, coordinate and assist in the recruitment and selection which, includes sourcing, short listing and interviewing of final candidates. Improve on the selection procedures / tools continually. Assist line management in resolving issues of unionized staff through interaction with union leaders. Administer and conduct periodic climate survey and facilitate implementation and action plan to address employee concerns. Plan and organize other employee relation activities such as staff functions, Long service awards, sports activities etc. Ensure compliance of the company policies, procedures and practices, and advise pay roll to administer monthly salary and allowances to all employees. Responsible for getting the customized and participatory compensation survey from the external agencies. Mapping the external survey with the internal benchmarks as per the industry trends. Identifying the High Potential and High Asset employees. Managing the bell curve. Plan and facilitate behavioral training for the divisional employees Formulating job descriptions and specifications Formulating and implementing personnel policies and procedures
