Our company was founded in 1984 in Oliveira de Azeméis and since then we are exporting 100% of our products to all around the world.
During Manufacturing Phase, we provide an updated project planning. Our company has 65 employees and the ability to manufacture injection moulds up to 20T in-house, including every production stage.
We provide technical after-sales assistance at customer’s production facilities.

PRODUCTIONCENTREOur production centre has the capacity to produce moulds up to 20t with resort in processes of CNC machines, electro erosion through penetration and through wire, CNC drilling and mould assembly.
We believe that, with our manufacturing process we can respect the time limit of production, agreed with our client, with the quality and the required tolerance dimensional.

DIMENSIONAL
CONTROLAfter the mould-test in our department for dimensional control, we provide the study of dimensional control of the plastic part and the mould to respect the required tolerances of the client.

TRYOUTS
Inovplast is our injection department, specialized in the tryouts and pre-series of the plastic parts our clients.
With our Krauss Maffei injection machines we are able to make internal try-out up to 1150T in full automatic with Handling Robot.
At our try-out center we make the Final acceptance of the mould with 24Hours full automatic production.
