This contract is for the 2019 Breeding seasonmade and entered into by and between: Debbie LaMay, JDStables, LLC (hereinafter called breeder/Agent) Of the stallion: ZZTOP AMHA #146303, & JD Stables,LLC agents of the owner, do hereby agree to ship semen or to breed at the facility, the mare:

The stallion service fee is $2500.00 and shall be paid by the mare owner to the breeder and/or agents asfollows: *

OTHERE)PENSESI agree to pay board at the rate of $20 per day for open mare, $25 per day for mare and foal. All ferrier aswell as any veterinarian expenses including drugs medication &/or supplies deemed necessary by thebreeding facility/veterinarian are to be paid in fulIprior departure of mare from the breeding facility.

CONCEPTIONIt is suggested, but not mandatory that the mare be left at JD Stables (if live covered), until pronounced infoal & checked. To help eliminate the possibility of twins. A licensed veterinarian does this atapproximately 45 days after the last day bred or inseminated. If you take the mare home priorTo this being done, you must notify the breeder no later than 55 days post Breeding/Insemination.

ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION:The mare owner understands that anylallcollection & shipping expenses that axise will be theirresponsibility, even if the mare does not conceive. The Artificial Insemination fees are NOTIncluded as part ofthe 'stud service fee'. It is understood that any and all efforts will be made to shipsemen when called for and in a timely manner but in order to ensure shipment semon must be called for 48hours in advance. No same day flown semen is available. Viability once departed we cannot guarentee.

**Frozen semen is shipped either from the storage lab in Michigan,, Eqine Cryo or from Select Breeders.Both Facilites will too require additional shipping and notification. Frozen semen is $350 in addition to thestallion service fee plus any fees from shipping facility. Deposits are due on both fresh cooled and frozencontainers.Fresh cooled Equitainer deposits are $300 & $950 Frozen are refundable upon timely return of thecontainer. After 7 days ofreceipt ofthe container you will be charged $10 per day late fee for late return ofthe container. A licensed veterinarian will inseminate all semen shipped as a part ofthis stallion servicecontract. Failure to do so may null & void this contract and any monies paid will be fortitted. Should thestallion become unfit for service for any reason frozen semen will be substituted, 2 doses shipped one at atime or a pregnancy, which ever comes first will forfil the terms of this contract.

LTVE FOAL GUARENTEEThe owner of the stallion guarantees a live foal from the live mating & agrees to continue shipping semenfor a period of Up to 2 years, at which time a substitute mare may be requested. A Live foal is defined asone that will stand and nurse. Should the mare abort, foal be born dead or fail to stand and nurse, aStatement of circumstances must be given in writing by the mare owner to tlre stallion owner/agent within30 days post foaling. In such a case the agents of the stallion agree to breed or ship semen free ofadditional booking charges, additional shipping charges will still apply, during the current Breeding season.If the owners of the mare so choose to wait until the following breeding season an additional S500 will beDue as a re-booking fee.

EMBRYO TRANSPERS:If breeding by embryo transfers & more that one foal is produced, additional breeding fees will be due JDStables, LLC for each live foal that is produced.

WAIVER OF'LIABILITY:It is understood that the owner of the stallion, JD Stables, LLC, owners, employees, and,/or agents shallexercise good and reasonable judgement in caring for the mare and foal, if applicable, but shill not beliable for injuries, disability or death suffered by the mare &lor foalwhile in the care of custody of stallionowner, Or it's agents. It is guaranteed the semen is alive when shipped from the facility and no guaranteesare made as to its delivery claims will have to be made with fed ex on delivery failure.
