MCVP OGX is responsible for creation and implementation of national strategies in the area of Outgoing Exchange. In addition, the person

should support strategy creation and implementation on local level to ensure higher performance by the Local Committees. The person is

overall responsible for performance in the area and should ensure a high quality and quantity of outgoing exchanges realized. The position

is strategic and operational both for GCDP and GIP given that the direction of OGX 2012.12 will entail both programmes*.

*The focus on the two programmes should be adapted according to the direction set in OGX.

Strategic direction of OGX in AIESEC Norway

Overall responsible for goal achievement of the goals of outgoing exchanges realized

Plan and implement national direction and strategies for achieving the goals

Assist and educate LCs in goal setting, planning and execution

National functional responsibilities

Lead, manage and coach the national team of LCVP OGXes

Plan, implement, manage and track execution of national projects

Establish, manage and track national partnerships (with other AIESEC countries)

Plan, develop and implement national education in OGX

Supply and demand managemant

Coordinate the Supply and Demand management strategy at the national and international level

Provide education and support at local level in implementing it

Monitor growth in AIESEC Norway with regular reports and analysis

Exchange delivery

Overall responsible for the processes in the area

Responsible for the satisfaction of the stakeholders involved*

Responsible for compliance to XPP in within OGX in AIESEC Norway

Responsible for usage and management of myaiesec.net in OGX in AIESEC Norway

*EPs, TN takers, hosting AIESEC entity, other partners

OGX, Talent managemant and Communication Synergies

Coordinate process of planning and execution of X+TM+Comm synergies at MC and LC level together with MCVP OD and MCVP

Communication.

Ensure that the MCVP Communication (and potentially MCVP OD) have the necessary information to run successful EP recruitments

Work together with MCVP C and MCVP OD for OGX recruitments

OGX and Finance Synergies

Overall responsible for budget realization on income generated through MC EPs

Member of the Management Team and is through this role taking part in the planning and revision of the MC budget

Ensure constant information for immediate OGX invoicing and facilitate the communication between MCVP F and LCVP OGXs re-

garding invoicing and payments.

Responsible for the whole process of delivering 100% of the EPs realized within the Fredskorpset project (operational role).

Number of (GIP and GCDP) EPs recommending their exchange experiences

Percentage of growth in OGX at LC level
