JCI TOOL KIT

Dear Mike,

thanks for your message and email. 

I was pretty busy in the last weeks but was also thinking a lot about JCI and its' content and benefits. To be the most straight forward - I can say that I love the concept of doing sth for our communities with the bottom-up approach, but I can't understand why we would need to pay for this to any organisation (like fees for JCI) if we can just do it directly. Besides this, I got the documents from Sara...but this is all...if there is no access to other documents and all that JCI can offer than it is not so easy to understand it and to be able to promote it further on and that is why I lost a lot of interest. How can I "sell" it and give my time to it, if I don't have the "whole picture"?

Am sad to write it like this, but I really see it like this at the moment....I hope I can get some more insight, otherwise I can't really see the point.
