What is JCCS?The Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) is a U.S. Government Information Technology (IT) system contracting overseas since 2006 to support vendor registration and vet vendors to see if they pose any threat to US assets and/or personnel.

Navigate to JCCS

1. Go to:

2. A CAC window will appear; select your email certificate.

3. View the Government IT System message and click I agree.

4. Click Government Login.5. Under JCCS, click Launch.

1. If you already have a JCCS account, you will already be logged in on this page.

2. Click Helpdesk & Feedback if you need to submit a helpdesk ticket.

3. Click Resources to view Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), contact information, and user guides, and other reference materials.

4. Click Register Now if you need to register a new account.

Government Registration

1. Email: This will be your username.

2. Duty Station/ Redeployment Date: This is needed to help close out issues after you redeploy.

3. Password: At least fifteen digits with at least one capital letter, lower case, symbol, and number.

1. Date of Last PII Training:Must be within the last 365 days.

2. Role: Contract specialist and contract officer have exactly the same site permissions.

3. Organization: It is CRITICAL that you enter your organization correctly, there are multiple functions that depend on it. If your organization is not listed, please contact the helpdesk.

4. Required Documents: The JCCS DD2875 SAAR Template pre-populates some fields to make it easier for you to complete. DLA/JCXS JOINT CONTINGENCY CONTRACTING SYSTEM

DD2875 SAAR

1. Complete blocks 1-16a and 26a-27.

2. Digitally (CAC) sign your request.

3. Forward to your Government (DoD) Supervisor for completion of blocks 17-20b.

4. Please make sure a supervisor signs the “Supervisor Signature” box.

5. Attach to your JCCS user profile.

6. Click Submit.

Activation and Maintenance1. After you register, the JCCS helpdesk will review your account

within 24-48 hours. They will make sure your DD2875 SAAR is complete and your PII training has occurred within the last 365 days. If so, they will approve your account.

2. You will receive an email notifying you that your account was approved.

3. You will have to re-enter your PII training date annually to make sure it is kept up to date. If your PII training date is expired for more than 30 days, your account will be locked.

4. Due to the sensitivity of the information in JCCS and the importance of understanding what information can and cannot be shared with vendors, attending a training session is mandatory. Please [email protected] for details.

Sign In1. CAC Login: When you

went to the JCXS COE page, if you entered your CAC certificate, you will automatically be logged into JCCS.

2. If you do not have a CAC card, click Sign In.

3. Enter your username and password and click Sign In.

Report Bugs and Issues1. Report! While the JCCS team has done their best to test and

release a smooth, functional system, it is inevitable that you will encounter issues that may be related to your local network, your browser, or something that for whatever reason we simply didn’t catch. Please report these issues to us! The only way we can make the site better is if you report the bugs and glitches you encounter.

2. Continued Development: We will continuing to update JCCS to add new features and improve old ones. Pay attention to site announcements and alerts so you will be aware of upcoming patches and downtime.
