What is JC-NEB? You are applying for the Junior Council - National Executive Board (JC-NEB) 2012-2013, the highest executive body of the Junior Council. The Junior Council includes the Regional Executive Boards (JC-REBs) and the Alumni Association (JCAA). What does JC-NEB offer? JC-NEB offers a yearlong leadership opportunity for junior and senior high school students. If you are accepted, you will assume executive positions in the Junior Council immediately. These positions are prestigious and come with the duty of handling large-scale and long-running CMLI projects. Our culture of offering the responsibilities of the highest Junior Council positions to fresh council members is rarely found in any organization, but is indicative of our belief in your innate potential to grow and develop under our training program. Why should I apply for JC-NEB? The JC-NEB experience offers you professional and self-development. You will be continually trained in team, project and events management, as well as facilitation training and curriculum development by the Teacher-Advisers Association of the Philippines, Inc. and the Junior Council - Alumni Association. Former JC-NEB members often cite their experience as an early advantage in university and beyond. As a testament to the learning and relationships formed during their JC-NEB experience, our alumni remain active in the organization and meet with fellow batchmates several years after their incumbency.

Application Process
1. APPLICATION FORM You may get a JC-NEB application form during registration. Submit it at the start of the orientation seminar.
2. ORIENTATION SEMINAR The orientation seminar covers CMLI and JC-NEB. It is held right after the opening ceremonies.
3. ELECTORAL PROCESS
The JC-NEB electoral process is a methodology for both training and selecting council members through a continued, four-day assessment. While only a few of you may pass the screening process, all aspiring applicants are taught executive skills and advanced CMLI knowledge beyond the usual delegate experience. You may choose to drop out of the electoral process at any given time.
4. NATIONAL CONGRESS
If the electoral board selects you, you will have the opportunity to present yourself before the convention delegates. These delegates will vote for their chosen candidates. After the national congress, top candidates will become bona fide members of JC-NEB.
5. ELECTIONS
On the last day, internal elections will be held to decide on council positions.
