The campsite

On the last Infopack we said that the workshop would be held in Itu, a small city next to São Paulo. Unfortunatelly, it won’t happen there anymore. Luckliy, we found another nice place in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Our campsite is located near the city of Itaboraí and it is the farm house of a JBer. It takes approxima-tely one hour to get there from the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Dated and times of arrival and departure JB Sulr Workshop 2015 starts on the 25th of January and it ends on the 1st of February.

Make sure you arrive in the city of Rio de Janeiro (Airport code GIG or SDU) before 10.00 am of the 25th and that you leave the city after 16.00 of Feb 1st.

In case you arrive earlier or leave later, we can find you a homestay for one or two nights. Travel information forms will be asked later, when you will let us know what time you arrive and also if you need a place to stay.

Prices Prices will be held to a priceshare system. It means that everyone will pay the same price, including flight tickets, even though you’re from Brazil, Argentina or Chile. The price will be calculated based on the number of the participants and the price of the tickets.

How do we calculate how much each participant has to pay:

PARTICIPATION FEE - PRICE OF THE TICKET BOUGHT = TOTAL TO PAY

For example: If the fee is 300 USD and you spent 120 USD in your flight ticket, that means that you’ll pay 180 USD for your participation. 300 - 120 = 180

The estimated price of the fee is 600 USD.

We will only have the final price when we have all the participants confirmed, but it won’t be too much different than the estimated price.

How to apply

If you want to apply to JB SULR 2015, please contact your NJR or LJR and fill the JB SULR Application Form by NA (if you are from Argentina or Chile) or by Chapter (if you are from Brazil). The form must be sent to brazil@ijb.cisv.org until December 10th, 2014.

Home Staff

We will have two amazing JBers as Home Staff! Flora (one of the brazilian NJRs) and Bear (Bernardo) a JBer from Rio!

They are both pretty and super cool!!! What they love: alfajors, chocolate, paçoca and massage!
