1. Approve Meeting Minutes from December 03, 2020 meeting.

2. Financial updates and reports from Treasurer/Jt. Treasurer. (Bhavin Shah and Jayant Lodaya)

Financial Statements Year Ending December 31, 2020.

3. Discuss the COVID situation, future Pooja Planning, future event planning.

4. All Committee Report Pooja Committee (Devji Dedhia and Girish Sanghvi) Pathshala Committee (Mulchand Gala and Kunjal Shah) Maintenance Committee (Bharat Doshi and Jayant Lodaya)

5) Update on SFST (Devji Dedhia and Ashok Vora)

6) Discuss any other issues, time permitting

This meeting took place in-person (Via: Zoom Video Teleconference) by individuals

mentioned above on Monday, January 25, 2021 @ 8 pm.

A meeting quorum was met and called to order at 8.15 pm.

Meeting started by the recital of Navkar Mahamantra by Girish Sanghvi.

1. Approval of Meeting Minutes from December 03, 2020 meeting.

Ashok Vora proposed to approve meeting minutes, Girish Sanghvi seconded the proposal. Executive Committee unanimously approved the minutes of December 03, 2020

meeting.

2. Financial updates and reports from Treasurer, Bhavin Shah

Financial Statement year ending December 31, 2020

Bhavin Shah gave the verbal presentation of Quick Books slides of Financial

Statement Y/E December 31, 2020. Jain Sangh made about $35,000 of net profit

during this period.

Contribution to JAINA membership and approval of Web Services expenses

Executive Committee members unanimously approved following expenses:

JAINA Membership - $1,000.00

Web services expense - $1,000.00

3. Discuss the COVID situation, future Pooja Planning, future event planning.

EC members discussed the present COVID situation, temple re-opening plan and future events. EC will decide the temple re-opening plan in next EC meeting. EC appointed Devji Dedhia, Ashok Vora, Girish Sanghvi and Chintan Shah to plan Dhwja Aaroahan and 18 Abishek event with dates, Ghee Boli/Nakro, number of attendees and all program related preparations. They will present the plan in next EC meeting.

4. Pathshala Updates:

Mulchand Gala, lead coordinator of Pathshala, sent the following requests via email

to all EC members. Kunjal Shah verbally presented all requests via ZOOM.

1. Teachers have requested that we conduct a “practical” class like we do every year to conduct virtual Snatra Puja via Zoom. Can EC provide us a date near Mahavir Jayanti (Which is on Sunday April 25th 2021)

2. We would like to conduct a 2 hour Cultural program via Zoom during the anniversary weekend. Please provide us with a 2 hour slot.

3. Teachers have suggested that we do the graduation ceremony as a picnic in the park if things open up in June. Can you provide us an ok to move forward with a plan for the picnic and roughly $4000 budget for park fees, food, awards, $50 gift for each child etc. We can come up with a plan and present that in the next meeting.

EC approved Mulchand Gala's request for April 25, 2021 pooja plan. EC approved 2 hour cultural program plan on anniversary weekend. EC approved $50/kid pathsala awards expenses. Dhiren Mehta ask to consider

the pathshala teachers for their hard work. EC ask Pathshala coordinators to take the parents survey for picnic plan. Mulchand Gala will present his plan in future EC meeting.

All above-mentioned resolutions were approved and adopted by all in-person (via: Zoom Video teleconference) Executive Committee Members of the Jain Sangh, Inc.
