whether this is function of new company or prior operator.

dont want to blame one when dealign with inherited

rather than try to lay blame with anyone i first want to figure out what we can do to fix the probelm

one thing shot our budget, city ordered buses, problem with purchase order, $275,000, something about

buses, we are in the middle of just trying to sort out whats going on we are i think still haent gotten a

good replacement for !ohn "ndo, former transit lead for the city, so its part of its clear to us on the

councils end that we need to know really who is in charge with regards to this situation also, one thing i

want to get some data on is how many buses per day are not running which routes are they and why,

were just trying to get some basic #s answered

one of the reasons we switched, financial reasons, thought we could control costs better by using new

company, last summer

there were a couple of contracts the mayor wanted us to do in a ery short order to try to realie saings,

one was related to healthcare, company to do employee health clinic, pushed through in short order,

change insurance proiders, !"%&"', push for new bus operator

we hear their pain and we need for them to try to let us know when they hae problems so we can hae a

ade#uate idea of the scope of the problem
