Dear Prospective Exhibitors & Sponsors:

The Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors cordially invites you to exhibit your products or

services and increase your visibility within its membership by sponsoring events at our 2017 Annual

Convention. This year, the convention will be held at the Indianapolis Marriott East from January

18-20, 2017. Your services and interests in our profession are appreciated and your past

participation in our convention has been vital to its success.

Please review the following pages for information about convention sponsorships and exhibit

booths.

Please be sure to respond by October 1, 2016 if you wish to have your company’s name listed as a

sponsor in the registration brochure.

Program Advertisement / Sustaining Membership Opportunities • Dues: $800.00 (includes a full-page advertisement in each of the quarterly Hoosier Surveyor

publications, full-page advertisement in the Annual Convention Program and an advertisement

within the scrolling marketing banner at www.ispls.org).

• Dues: $400.00 (includes a half-page advertisement in each of the quarterly Hoosier Surveyor

publications, half-page advertisement in the Annual Convention Program and an advertisement

within the scrolling marketing banner at www.ispls.org).

• Dues: $200.00 (includes advertisement within the scrolling marketing banner at www.ispls.org).

All of the above dues are annual fees and include up to four different color advertisements per

years per application. Advertisements for the rotating marketing banner are 310 pixels wide by 100

pixels tall or 3.23 inches wide by 1.04 inches tall and can be hyperlinked to your company’s desired

website. Advertising deadlines for the Hoosier Surveyor are as follows:

SPONSORSHIP & EXHIBITOR GENERAL INFORMATION

The ISPLS Annual Convention attracts more than 500 Surveying Professionals each year from Indiana and surrounding areas. These attendees are typically the owners, managers, directors and decision-makers of the most established and reputable surveying companies in and surrounding Indiana. CONFERENCE LOCATION AND LODGING INFORMATION

Hotel room reservations should be made directly with the Indianapolis Marriott East, 7202 E 21st St, Indianapolis, IN, 46219, Phone 317-352-1231. Be sure to mention the 2017 ISPLS Convention for preferred room rates.

BOOTH PACKAGE • Included in the 8’x10’ booth space is the following:

• 8’ high background drapes w/sign

• 3’ high side panels

• 1 – 7” x 44” exhibitor identification sign

• 1 – 6’ covered and skirted display table and 2 chairs

• 2 tickets per booth for breakfast and lunches

• Use of the ISPLS special room rate at the Indianapolis Marriott East, which is $109.00 /night

• Recognition in the meeting and Convention Program distributed to all conference attendees on-site

• Access to the Pre– and Post-Conference registrant email addresses

• George E. Fern Co. is the Official Decorator for this conference and has the exclusive rights to supply all

decorating materials to the exhibitors. • Exhibitor badges will be furnished to each exhibitor and must be worn for identification purposes at all times in

the exhibit hall. • Exhibit booth assignments will be made by the ISPLS Convention Exhibitors Coordinator in keeping with the

requests of the location indicated on the Exhibit Floor Plan. The ISPLS Convention Exhibitors Coordinator reserves the right to make final determination of all space assignments in the best interest of the conference.

• Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors, Inc. and the

2017 ISPLS Conference Committee against any and all liability and expenses for personal injury and property damages or loss arising from or out of the use by the Exhibitor for the exhibit space or the activities in connection therewith.

• If you need electrical power for your booth, it is to be coordinated through the Indianapolis Marriott East, Event

Management Department. Phone: 317-352-1231. EXHIBITION SCHEDULE Booths must be staffed at all times during the exhibit hall hours.

• SETUP: Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

• EXHIBITS HOURS: Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Thursday, January 19, 2017 from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm • EXHIBITOR RECEPTION: Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 4:00 – 6:00 pm

• EXHIBIT BREAKDOWN: Thursday, January 19, 2017 after 5:00 p.m.

• Exhibits must be set up Wednesday, January 18, 2017 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Exhibits must be ready

for opening no later than Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. Exhibits may be dismantled starting Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors must have all materials removed from the exhibit hall no later than Thursday, January 19, 2017 at 9:00 p.m. Any exhibits not completely dismantled and removed at this time will be removed by the Indianapolis Marriott East at their prevailing rate and charged directly to the Exhibitor.

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received by ISPLS in writing prior to December 12, 2016 will be entitled to a refund of all money paid, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after December 11, 2016.
