Membership Roundup
FLETCHER KEY CLUBFLETCHER KEY CLUB
Fletcher Key Club had meetings on Jan 15th &, Jan 23rd. They are volunteering to help on Jan 28th at the Cerebral Palsy Benefit Concert at UNF Theater at 8PM.
Heavenly Father: Let us pray for the sick, the lonely, and the hungry, and let us make someone’s day happier by doing a kindness not expected.
May we always willingly share our blessings with those in need.
And now bless this food to our use and us to Your service. Amen
MARK YOUR CALENDARS!MARK YOUR CALENDARS!(1) Governor's Visit (Gov. Donna Batelaan)-March 2nd. This is an annual official visit to each Division. We need good representation from the Beaches Club.
(2) Kiwanis College (formally Zone Conference) is scheduled in Lake City, March 11th. Last year, 10 Beaches members attended.
(3) International Convention, June 28--July 2 in Montreal, Canada. Each club can elect 2 primary and 2 alternate delegates. The last Montreal Convention was great! As many as possible should plan to attend. Have a good Kiwanis experience, and a great short vacation in Canada.
Bill Montgomery, Lt. Gov. Div. 5

This year it is being held at the FCCJ - Deerwood Campus, 9911 Old Baymeadows Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256. We need lots of volunteers, and Kiwanis has had a major presence in the past. If you want to help our young scientists and engineers, you are invited to sign up. If you will go to http://www.nefrsef.org/ you will find links for Judges and for Volunteers application forms. Follow your interests and get involved. Thanks. Butch Shadwell
