January, 2016

John Edwards, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer John Edwards is being promoted from VP-Chief Information Officer to Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer.  John joined RLHC over a year ago as Chief Information Officer in the Denver office. He is an innovative thinker with extensive IT experience in the hospitality industry, focusing on both networking and security.

Sharon Andrade, Senior Vice President, Sales Sharon Andrade, is being promoted from VP, National Sales to Senior Vice President, Sales. Sharon will lead all RLHC sales efforts including sales at our operated hotels, our Directors of National Sales team, as well as our Group Sales Desk. Located in Seattle, Washington, she has a proven track record of both leading and developing a competitive, high performing sales team.

Dan Redmond, Senior Manager Divisional FP&A Dan Redmond has received a promotion to Senior Manger Divisional FP&A.  In Dan’s new role, he is taking on additional responsibilities associated with the Vantage acquisition.  Dan’s work with the FP&A team and with the entire company was been essential to our success over the last 2 years.

Rita Weber, Director of Training, Franchise Operations Rita Weber is moving from the HR organization as the VP of HR for Coral Springs/Director of Training to the Franchise Operations organization as a Director of Training where she will continue to develop and implement RLHC Academy training (formerly known as Vantage Academy).

ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES

Lori Castro, Regional Director, Talent & Organizational Performance Lori Castro is moving from the sales organization as the Director of Sales Training, Recruiting, and Onboarding to the HR organization as the Regional Director, Talent & Organizational Performance.  In her new role, Lori will partner on recruiting efforts for Sales associates, as well as support corporate associates and various hotel locations as an HR leader, with a focus on achieving the expected goals.

Regional Controllers The Regional Controllers will now be reporting directly to Harry Sladich, EVP of Operations & Sales, with a dotted line to Aaron Howard, VP of Financial Planning and Analysis. This will better align our operations and financial process together to ensure we meet all of our targets.

Chris Stanley, Regional Vice President, Development Chris Stanley is our new Regional Vice President of Development for RLHC. Chris joins us from Starwood Hotels & Resorts where he oversaw site and brand selection, property evaluation, rebranding and conversion opportunities for franchise owners and developers to grow Starwood brands.

WELCOME

Mathew Hughes, Director of Membership Development Matthew Hughes joins RLHC as Director of Membership Development. Matthew brings an extensive commercial real estate and hotel development background. He joins us from Continental Properties – identifying and securing approval for potential hotel development for Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt and Starwood companies.

Greta Wilber, Vice President, Distribution & Channel Management Greta Wilber just joined RLHC on January 3rd as VP, Distribution & Channel Management and will be leading Distribution and RevPak. Greta joins us from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and brings several years of experience in distribution. Greta will be moving from Connecticut to Denver.
