Your 2012 dues invoice have been posted. You can view and print it from the website at any time.

To pay your dues by credit card go to RASL’s website at, www.rasl.com,

click on “Click Here To Pay Your Dues On Line”.

You will need your license number and the last four digits of your social security number to sign in.

Credit card payments must be for the full amount

of your dues and can be made online anytime.

NOTE: Late Fees Apply After January 15, 2012

A $100 late fee will be assessed on dues paid or postmarked after January 15, 2012.

ANOTHER NEW RASL MEMBER BENEFIT - One Stop Shopping RASL and RMLS have just signed a service center agreement to provide all of your customer service needs right here at the RASL offices. Our new staff liaison for RMLS needs is Karen Galarza and she will be able to help you with all of your needs. Part of the local service you will receive will continue to be membership enrollment, tokens, lockboxes and key-pads. But you also will be getting new services, such as, a quick response to member inquires regarding RMLS soft-ware, quick answers to your questions about your listings and the process for correcting listing errors, basic help line questions where we can provide you with immediate assistance, GPS training for all new RMLS subscribers right here at the RASL facility, training services for all new and existing products and much more. We have listened to our members and we have acted for what is in the best interest of all of you. RASL is positioned in 2012 to give better service to our members than ever before. One last thing is a teaser for all of you. RASL will be announcing something new and exciting with RMLS be-fore the end of January. It’s something you have asked for over the past few years and you are all going to love it. Stay tuned and watch our website and read our Jazz to find out what this announcement will be all about. Another member benefit for our members is the addition of a new RASL RMLS staff member. Her hours for RASL will be 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday and she comes to us from the RMLS staff in West Palm Beach. She has worked for RMLS for the past 3 years as the RMLS coordinator serving over 11,000 MLS subscribers. She is highly trained and knowledgeable about all aspects of RMLS from compliance, tokens, keys and all professional services. “We are very excited to have this extremely competent, customer friendly and experienced staff member joining our team”, says Staci Storms, CEO of Realtors Association of St. Lucie.
