CENTRAL VIRGINIA CHAPTER

THE CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS INSTITUTE

P.O. BOX 6513 CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA 22906-6513

December 3, 2010 Re: CVCSI Product Expo 2011 Dear Construction Professional: The Central Virginia Chapter of The Construction Specifications Institute is pleased to announce the Nineteenth Annual Product Expo, which will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at the Omni Hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia. I want to personally invite you to participate in this year’s show. CVCSI Product Expo 2011 is a technical trade show focused on presenting the most innovative and exciting products available to construction professionals in the Central Virginia region. Over six hundred and fifty construction professionals will be invited to attend the show. This is your opportunity to announce your company’s services and products to this region. Show hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. These hours were selected for the maximum convenience of the professionals whose attendance and attention will most benefit your company. In addition to the strategically planned show hours, our morning education seminars will draw attendance to this year’s show from your target audience of construction professionals. As always, our complimentary fare of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres will be provided for attendees and exhibitors. I have enclosed a reservation form for one or more spaces and urge you to take advantage of the early bird deadline, as the discounted registration rate expires January 31, 2011. Early registration will ensure maximum exposure of your company’s participation in the show through publication in our chapter newsletter, The

Parameter, which goes out monthly to more than 150 construction professionals in the Central Virginia region. Each month through March, The Parameter will announce the Expo, including a listing of the companies who have registered through the end of the previous month. We understand that where you spend your promotional money is more important than ever before therefore we decided not to raise our rates this year. This is our nineteenth show in as many years. Exhibitors last year stated, “CVCSI Product Expo is the best show in Virginia." This year’s show will build on our past eighteen years of success and offer your company the best exposure in the Central Virginia region. Please call me, Tracie Skipper, at 434-531-0158 or [email protected] for answers to questions, comments, or additional information. I look forward to seeing you on March 2, 2011. Tracie Skipper, CSI President, Central Virginia Chapter Product Expo 2011 Chair
