Sign up students for the blood drive during lunch b. Limited to 2 people per lunch c. Date: Friday, January 27 & Monday, January 30 d. Time: 1st Lunch and 2nd Lunch e. Location: Cafeteria 4. Chinatown Festival Setup a. Limited to 15 people b. Date: Saturday, January 28, 2012 c. Time: 6pm-8:30pm d. Location: Chinatown 5. Chinatown Festival a. Limited to 30 people per shift b. There will be three shifts available First shift: 9:30am-12pm Second Shift: 11:45am-3pm Third Shift: 2:45pm-6pm c. Date: Sunday, January 29, 2012 February 7. Letter of Intent a. If you want to run for an officer position, you need to turn in a letter of intent b. State the position you want to run for, what you can do as that position, and any other information you want us to know. c. Give your letter of intent to any one of the officers d. If you are thinking about running for a position, you should start coming to our board meetings e. Due: Monday, February 6, 2012 8. Non-Executive Elections a. SAA, bulletin editor, historian, treasurer b. Date: Thursday, February 9, 2012 9. First DCON Payment a. The first payment is the registration fee b. There are no refunds c. If you have paid and can no longer go, you must find someone to take your place d. Registration fee is $175 e. Due: Thursday, February 9, 2012 6. Blood Drive a.
