Dank Carbon-Leichtbauweise wiegt sie nur vier Tonnen und gehört so zu den besonders schnellen Rennyachten: 24 Knoten Top Speed sind möglich! • AEZ Leichtmetallräder durchlaufen in der Produktion ein bis zu zehnstufiges Kontrollverfahren, beginnend von der Prüfung des Rohmaterials über Röntgen- und Biege-Umlauftests bis hin zum tagelangen Bad in ätzenden Dämpfen.

• Spezialisten, wie AEZ Leichtmetallräder, setzen zusätzlich 3 D-Messmaschinen und Helium-Dichtigkeitskontrollen ein.

• Sicherheitsrelevante Prüfungen (Rohmaterial, Röntgen, Maßhaltigkeit) werden auf jedes einzelne produzierte Rad angewandt. Das ist – außer bei AEZ – nur bei den allerwenigsten Felgenherstellern der Fall.

AEZ – QuAlitY wE bulid our rEPutAtion onAlloY wHEEls: How to rECognisE QuAlitY

High quality is not just a question of looks, but primarily safety. This applies especially to AEZ customers who demand more, and rightly so. But how can buyers tell if they’re getting a quality product or something that just looks like it?

• AEZ alloy wheels go through a 10-step quality control programme, beginning from testing the raw materials, including x-ray and flexure testing, and subjecting the wheel for days to caustic fumes.

• Specialists, like AEZ Leichtmetallräder, use additional 3-D measurement machines and helium density tests.

• Safety tests (raw materials, x-ray, and dimensional accuracy) are carried out on each individual wheel. Very few wheel manufacturers – with the exception of AEZ, of course – do this for every wheel.

• The quality stamp “Made in Germany” is cast on the inside of each AEZ wheel. And onlY THEn does that mean our customers are getting a quality wheel from Germany. At the AEZ production plant in Neuenrade the company manufactures cutting-edge alloy wheels. This means highly automated production processes, from casting to finishing. We have staked our reputation on pursuing innovation in design and modern manufacturing technology.
