1. The competitive events are open to students of colleges of all universities of Delhi & N.C.R.

2. Registration will begin one hour before the event commences.

3. Slots will be awarded on first come first serve basis.

4. Number of prizes for each event will depend on the number of entries.

5. Decision of the Judges shall be final.

6. A maximum of five supporters per team shall be allowed with identity cards.

7. The student's union reserves the right to alter any of the above rules.

8. The students must carry their identity cards.

9. The students must carry letter of permission from the principal / staff cultural secretary.

10. No last minute entries will be entertained.

11. In case the prize is shared in any event the prize money will be divided amongst the concerned participants.
