respectively for Paper III, II and I.

English Spelling Competition: The

English Department conducted

‘Mahatma Anand Swami College

Level English Spelling Competition

on 1st February 2018 in Which 120

students participated. The first top

five performances were awarded

with certificates and cash prizes at

the hands of Hon;ble Prin. Dr. S. B. Kshirsagar.

Traditional Day: The English Department

arranged for Celebrated Traditional Day

on 5th March 2018. In Swami Dayanand

Sarswati Seminar Hall in which almost 25

students appeared in traditional

costumes and Prin. Dr. V.P.

Ubale graced the celebration with his presence.

Functional English Course: The

Department has conducted a

certificate course in Functional English

which is being approached by Solapur

University. The Course counts for 45

Lectures and Miss Sweta Jeurkar is

appointed as a Master Trainer for the same. Total 15 students have

enrolled for the course and the final exams for the course will be held

in May 2018.

The Department of English arranged an interview of Dr. Manza,

Registrar Solapur University,Solapur. Three girls students namely Miss

Poonam Nesargi, Shweta Zanwar, Vaishnavi Yakaldevi participated in

it.

Aurangzeb, Jodha Akabar, Revolutionaries Maharashtrian, Rajasthani,

Panjabi & Bengali dresses, farmer, Postmanect, All teaching & Non-
