Conducted Division-wide Finance and Performance Reporting: Facilitated multiple meetings and conducted financial research on the health of the Division financial well-being. Analyzed and recommended process improvements for alignment to the county-wide finance department for simplified methods through Cognos Dashboard reporting which was approved and scheduled to be implemented in 2017.

Managed County Board Priorities and reporting: Project lead for the Dakota County Board Priorities for FY 2016 and 2017. Facilitated meetings with Senior Leadership for the development of the County Board priorities with approval from the Senior Leadership Team and County Board for implementation. Developed project charter and scope documents for Project Management Office reform with positive feedback and success. Completed quarterly Request for Board Approval packets for reporting progress against work plan.

Integrated Culture Differences Successfully: Motivated division leaders to increase awareness and implementation of diversity and inclusion plans throughout departments. Facilitated and led multiple authentic dialogue discussions county-wide to increase the cohesiveness of employees which increased the overall satisfaction of the employee work experience.
