Mr. Kuhn joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank following 15years in organization with Bernard Mendik asproprietor/supervisor, where he procured 11 million squarefeet of office space and 6,000 lofts; the organization wassold to Vornado in 1997.

AWARDS:

• In 1994, Mr. Kuhn got the National JewishHumanitarian Award and was visitor of honor atthe Real Estate and Construction Industries'yearly Winter's Eve Ball, which profited theNational Jewish Center for Immunology andRespiratory Medicine.

• Mr. Kuhn got the NYU Real Estate Service Awardof the Year in 1984 and the Young Man of theYear recompense introduced by the Real EstateBoard of New York in 1985.

• Mr. Kuhn moved on from Stuyvesant HighSchool in 1965. He was commander of thefencing group, second place finisher in the tri-state title, and individual from the 1964 CityChampionship group.
