Developed the program based on the tenants defined in the Federal Sentencing Guidelines with responsibilities for design and administration of appropriate training, creation of environmental program awareness through uniquely developed communications, conduct internal investigations and monitor overall adherence to program requirements. Support the legal team in the areas of anti-corruption, including FCPA, UK Bribery Act and conflict of interest mitigating organizational risk.
