Life As A Kid

• Depending on where they live, Jamaican children are expected to do lots of chores. In the city, kids have to make their beds, do laundry, and help keep the house clean.

• Nearly all young kids play cricket, which is a game similar to baseball. Cricket matches go on for several hours, and some can last for days!

Getting around

• The main roads in Jamaica, especially in the cities, are in pretty good condition.
