Dagdiya, Chartered Accountant was appointed as Scrutinizer for the purpose of poll taken on the below mentioned reSolU!hnS through remote *voting and by ballot, at the venue of Me 3Sd Annual General Meating of the Equity Shareholders of Jai Corp Limited. held on Tuesday the 25" day of September, 2018 at 4.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company at A-3.
