basi hai karbobala to koyi jawaaz bhi hailuta hai gulshane zahra to koyi raaz bhi hai

ye raaz wo hai ke khaaliq ko is pe naaz bhi hai

Karbobala is settled, there would be a justification for this

The Garden of Zahra is ruined, there would be a reason for this

baraaye naaz bahattar ki wo namaaz bhi hai

I swear by the friends (of Allah) that prayer is the honour of your soul

I swear by the vicegerents, that prayer is the modesty of the religion

I swear by the Prophets, that Prayer is the beauty of innocence


namaaz qissa e wahdat hai kibriya ki qasam

namaaz khaire amal ki taraf bulaati hainamaaz ishqe khuda ka hunar sikhaati hai

I swear by the Great Lord, that prayer is the story of oneness

Prayer calls you towards good deedsPrayers teaches you the honor of the love of

God


namaaz abd ko mabud se milaati hainamaaz guftugu allah se karaati hai

yehi namaaz gunaahon se bhi bachaati hainamaz qabr talak saath saath jaati hai

Prayers make a servant meet his creatorPrayers make you converse with Allah

These prayers will also save you from bad deedsThese prayers will accompany you to your grave


La ilaha illallah


namaaz wo hai jo faaqon me mustafa ne parhijaga ke apne hi qaatil ko murtaza ne parhi

jo chakiyon ki mushaqat me fatema ne parhi

Prayer is that which Mustafa recited while he was hungry

It is what Murtaza recited after waking his killerIt is what Fatema recited while she was

struggling with crushing flour


gale laga ke zahar ko jo mujtaba ne parhijo chaahta hai ke azmat namaaz ki dekhe

mere hussain ka wo sajda akhri dekheparhi namaaz jo aabid ne pushte naaqa par

It is what Mujtaba read when he drank his poison

woh zulm ho rha tha ki duniya ulat ti thijab zeire taig gardani shabir kat ti thi

woh kund taig zainab o zehra pai chalti thimatam kuna namaz thi aur khoon roti thi

When the sword was cutting the neck of ShabbirThat sword was cutting Zainab and Zahra

The prayer was doing matam and crying tears of blood


jari thi ye sada ki nabi ka nawasa hunAmaaan pilaawo paani mai pyasa hun mai pyasa

hunAjab andaz se namazi namaz padh ke gaya

Behen ke samney nouke sina par chad ke gaya
