Message to our Junior Enterprises

Dear Junior Entrepreneurs,

For the first time, JADE Romania has in its top priorities to recruit an extended team which will workalongside with the Executive Board in the following year.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for members of our JEs, willing to take on the challenge of being part of this extended team,with a genuine desire to learn new things and to work for the development of our network. We are notlooking for competencies, as much as we look for a positive mindset and “can do” attitude.

What you should know?

We don’t expect you to neglect your Junior Enterprise. The position in the JADE Romania extended team iscompatible with the one as a member of a Junior Enterprises so we will take care with the overlapping ofactivities. The purpose is to offer our Junior Entrepreneurs another development opportunity. You willwork directly with us, so we can share our knowledge on various areas of activity, you can easily interactwith members of the international network and can gain lesser access to the activities and opportunities ofthe network.

We are looking for…

1. Project Manager Business Cocktail Bucharest2. Project Manager Business Cocktail Cluj3. Project Manager for Communication4. Sales Junior5. Creative Agent6. Project Manager for IT

Project Manager for Business Cocktail (2 positions in Cluj and Bucharest)

• Finding a proper location for the event

• Making a research in order to find entrepreneurs and invite them as speakers to our event and maintaining the relationship with our guests

• Promoting the event every week and selecting junior entrepreneurs to participate to Business Cocktail

Main Responsibilities

• We are looking for a person available to organize and participate to the event weekly

• A communicative, active and social person with organizing skills, able to communicate with potential guests and with proper business conduit (or willing to learn about business etiquette if needed)

• We need a “can do” attitude, a responsible, reliable and proactive person

Requirements

• You will work directly with our President & General Manager, Andreea Pastinaru (as she is Head of Events), in Bucharest and with our General Secretary and HR Manager, Laura Bobb, in Cluj (as she is head of HR)

JADE ExBo Responsible

• Improve your organizing skills

• You get in touch every week with successful entrepreneurs so you can gain know-how and learn from their experience

• You can be part of an International Team (as our confederation is a member of an international network)

• Good experience and recommendations for your CV

• Improve your English

• Freedom and support for your ideas and development

What can you win

Project Manager for Communication

• Develop and implement the communication strategy for the following year

• Communicate with Junior Entrepreneurs all around Europe (if needed)

• Maintain contact with our existent media partners and enlarge our media network (new partnerships)

• In charge of our websites content and social media accounts

• Develop creative concepts or campaigns in order to increase awareness of the JADE Romania


• We are looking for a person willing to learn about the JADE values and activities and with the desire to grow our confederation’s presence in terms of communication

• Experience is not needed ,but it’s needed to have a Facebook account and to be at least passionate about this field, if not experienced

• We need a “can do” attitude, a responsible, reliable and proactive person

Requirements

• You will work directly with our Vice President & International Manager, Adriana Anchidin (as she is Head of Communication)


• You can improve your communication skills by working alongside a person with background and achievements in this area, also a member of NewMedia School

Sales Junior

• Offer support in the Sales Area

• Research, contact and meetings with top companies from Romania and turningthem into possible partners

• Learn about JADE Romania’s identity and activities and trying to come up with different selling points or strategies


• Experience in this area is not needed, but we need a proactive, dedicated and reliable person (entrepreneurial spirit is much appreciated)

• A “can do” attitude, not easily demotivated

• Willing to work hard & play hard

• Willingness to learn and to come up with ideas

Requirements

• You will work directly with our Vice President & International Manager, Adriana Anchidin (as she is Head of Fundraising)


• You can improve your communication and persuasion skills





What can you win

Project Manager for IT

• Update website content

• Develop competitive websites

• Maintenance and upgrading the federation’s websites

• Developing Social Media Apps (not mandatory)


• Ability to work in Joomla! (mandatory)

• Desire to bring own ideas to the table and making an effort to be part also of the designing & concept part, not only the implementing part

• Reliable, proactive & “can do” attitudeRequirements

• You will work with our Vice President & International Manager, Adriana Anchidin(as she is Head of Communication), but you will work directly with the PM for Communication and the Creative Agent

What can you win

Creative Agent

• Working with the PM for Communication in developing creative concepts for increasing the awareness of JADE Romania

• Creating promotional media content for promoting JADE Romania and it’s activities (posters, flyers, videos, visuals etc.)


• Knowledge in using applications such as Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator (or any other apps for developing media content)

• Reliable, proactive & “can do” attitude

• Creative person, willing to make the most of his/her abilities

• You will work with our Vice President & International Manager, Adriana Anchidin(as she is Head of Communication), but you will work directly with the PM for Communication
