This is between De*NiceDesigns, LLC Graphics & Photography and the person(s) stated above. The client(s) has to sign this contract and pay either the Creative Fee, or Non-refundable Fee, and/or place a deposit down at the time of signing the contract. If signed a digital contract you MUST pay one of the Fees that applies to you in order for your contract to be completed. The contract will not be completed until you have paid the Fee that applies to you. The contract will be void between De*NiceDesigns, LLC Graphics & Photography and the named parties on the contract that is stated. If under ages clients it will be between parents/guardians. Copyrights/Release Policy: De*NiceDesigns, LLC Graphics & Photography reserve the rights to publish the photos for both online/print media advertisement. Copyright laws DO apply and at anytime we will NOT release our rights.

a. DO NOT EDIT/REPRODUCE: This will be compromising the integrity of the photograph as it is intended. We ask if using any online, social media, public site (sites that anyone will be able to view) that you do the following:

1. Tag us in the picture(s). 2. DO NOT CROP out our logo in the picture(s).

b. PRINT RELEASE: When purchasing/obtaining a print release form it allows you to use for personal use at home or at the local printing company that will be stated on the form to preserve the rights of the photographer's work and to insure quality prints. You are still not to crop out our logo. If you use other printer that is not stated De*NiceDesigns, LLC Graphics & Photography will NOT be responsible for the low quality of the print. It is only for the named person(s) on the release form. It is not to be transferred to anyone else that’s not named on the print release form. This would be considered stealing. As stated on the release form you must show the form along with your ID to the lab clerk.

Payment/Payment Options Policy: You must pay both the Creative Fee of $55 and put down 50% deposit at the time of signing your contract, not doing so your contract will be considered to be incomplete.

a. CREATIVE FEE: Is non-refundable and only covers the photography. It does not cover any items purchased by the client(s). b. 50% DEPOSIT: Covers the beginning process of holding the client(s) date. The remainder 50% is due at the beginning of the date of session. In which the amount is spent towards prints/products ordered.

Late Payment Policy: You will not be able to receive your order until your balance is at $0. You are allowed up to a week to pay your balance, if not have been paid you will be charged $10 each month until either have made payment arrangements or balance is paid in full.

a. MAKING PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: Send us an email denicedesigns13@gmail.com SUBJECT: PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT SET UP in the COMMENTS/BODY: send us your name, invoice number, reasoning, and time frame of paying off your balance.

We will then make arrangements and adjust your invoice to reflect the arrangement that has been agreed upon.

Payment Options: Payments can be made through Pay Pal on this website or we can send you the invoice with everything on it. Please NOTE that if paying on the site you will only be paying the Creative Fee only. In person payments will be completed with CASH, MONEY ORDERS, MAJOR CREDIT CARDS powered by Square mobile, and Intuit Go Payment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT NO TYPE OF CHECKS and FUNDS ARE NOT KEPT ON SITE so please bring exacted cash amount. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY:

Does not include the Creative Fee but at the time of booking/signing contract must place a non-refundable fee of 50% of the cost of services. Remainder 50% is due before set up.

+PRICES OF PRINTS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES/FEES MAY CHANGE AT ANYTIME. Orders Process: There are two ways to order prints:

1. Personal consultations usual happen either after session or at another set date. 2. From your online Album located at denicedesigns.smugmug.com

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If you decide that you want to cancel you will only be refunded half of the deposit. Rescheduling: If need to reschedule your session date you will need to have looked at our calendar to see when the next availability we have opened and email us to make that change for you but you must give a week notice are else if the day of you will lose your deposit. You have up to #2 times to reschedule before you lose your deposit and would need to then make another deposit. If cancelled/rescheduled by the photographer I will offer another date or have another photographer do the session for me. No penalty will be held against the client(s). Refunds: If your order has been sent to the printers this will be considered as printed therefore is non-refundable. Printed items are non-refundable. Second Shooter Policy: De*NiceDesigns, LLC Graphics & Photography recommends wedding couples that has a wedding party over 4 including only brides-maids/groomsmen that they hire a second shooter to make sure we capture everything even the little things about their special day.

a. THE COST: $300 for each additional shooter. b. PROCESS: Client(s) can choose from the photographers that I will provide that I usually work with. They will then sign another contract with them stating that you have hired them as a second shooter. Client(s) will then at the time of signing the contract give the second shooter a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% will be due 60 days before wedding date.

c. SECOND SHOOTER CANCELLATION: Client(s) cancels: the first 50% deposit becomes non-fundable but if have paid the second half of the 50% then only this part is refundable. Photographer cancels: Full amount that has been paid is refundable by the hired second shooter.

This second shooter agreement is between the client(s) and the hired second shooter and De*NiceDesigns, LLC Graphics & Photography is not apart of this agreement due to the second shooter and De*NiceDesigns, LLC Graphics & Photography has their own contract agreement together.!By!signing!below!you!are!stating!that!you!understand!and!agree!with!the!policies!and!terms!stated!above!and!that!you!are!hiring!De*NiceDesigns,!LLC!Graphics!&!Photography!to!preform!the!services!stated!above.!!
