Andrew formed JAB fresh from University. He is

a graduate of both Robert Gordon and Abertay

Universities in Scotland. Andrew has driven the

business from a graduate start up to a market

leading global recruitment consultancy. JAB is

formerly a PSYBT funded business and has

picked up a number of awards during its early

growth stage including BT e-commerce young

entrepreneur of the year, Shell liveWIRE finalist

& PSYBT young business of the year.

Andrew has an unrivaled knowledge of the

energy industry globally and is also responsible

for promoting the Industry Spotlight DVD

series; a trailblazing careers tool for the next

generation of industry professionals.

Chris Black - COO

Chris is an expert upstream recruiter with a

resume that includes the successful completion

of Global Executive Search Campaigns with

some of the worlds largest Operators and

Service Companies. Chris has a global remit to

drive-in Operational Excellence across all JAB's

International Business.

Based in JAB's UK HQ, he travels regularly to

the Middle East & North America to support JAB

clients in those regions.

Educated at Merchiston Castle School,

Edinburgh and a graduate of Heriot-Watt

University, Chris is a former professional rugby

player, playing for Glasgow Warriors for three

seasons and competing in the European

Heineken Cup
