Volunteer Screening Protocol
JA Canada TM has implemented a new Volunteer Screening Protocol withthe release o a how to manual. The development o the protocol andprocedural manual was generously supported and unded by TD Bank Financial Group . This was a collaborative initiative with a group o eleven local JA o ce representatives and experts rom industry.
Beyond being strictly a preventative measure, this new protocol createsstandards o conduct, per ormance and excellence that make JA theorganization o choice or volunteers looking to make a meaning ul

Over the past two years, with the generous support o Imperial OilFoundation , weve made a series o investments to establish a mission-driven JA Alumni program in Canada. Two Alumni reunion events and
ocus groups were held to unite senior and junior achievers in planningsessions. More sessions are planned to gain an understanding o theelements upon which a success ul and sustainable program could bebuilt.
