BACKGROUND It has been noted that Medical practitioners from the different medico-legal mortuaries across the province are using a number of different diagrams many of these are inappropriate and grossly inadequate. 3. DIRECTIVE TO ALL FORENSIC MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS AND SPECIALIST PATHOLOGISTS; Attached are diagrams to be used for males, females, infants and skulls Henceforth these diagrams are to be used with immediate effect.
