Competitorswill perorm a kata selected rom a“hat” when they bow into the ring. Katainclude: Seisan, Seiuchin, Nahanchie,Wansu, Chinto, Kusanku and Sunsu.Sensei Lennox taught that karate studentsshould consistently practice and perectall their kata, not just the one(s) preerredor chosen or competition.

avorite activity in the Indy Bushidodojo. This event will be an inormaltournament, on Thursday eveningollowing Hanchi Duessel’s seminar.It will begin around 7:30 PM. Teamswill be ormed at random and willconsist o about 6-8 players. Mudoballwas created at the Mudokwan whereSensei John C. Lennox taught.No experience or prior knowledgeis necessary to participate, but rulesor Mudoball will be posted on ourwebsite, www.iwka2011.com.
