    INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES TO FILLUP THE APPLICATION FORM FORADMISSION TO P.G. PROGRAMMES

    1. Admission to Master's degree programme is through a written test conducted by ICAR for awardof JRF. Therefore, candidates interested in seeking admission need not apply to IVRI for the saidprogramme and they may look for the ICAR advertisement for combined competitive examinationfor JRF. However, candiates seeking admission to M.V.Sc. programme under sponsoredcategory should apply to IVRI through their department.

    2. The candidate should carefully go through the Information Bulletin before filling-up the applicationform.

    3. The application form should be filled legibly in candidate's own handwriting without any cutting/overwriting/erasing, etc.

    4. The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills all the eligibility requirements for appearing in theentrance examination before filling-up the application form.

    5. The actual date, time and place for the interview will be indicated in the Admit Card and will alsobe displayed on the University Notice Board and on Institute's website (www.ivri.nic.in).

    6. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the entrance examination/interview without Admit Card.7. First semester of Academic Sessionwill commence on 01.9.2011 (Thursday).

    IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATE

    1. The admit card should be produced on demand.

    2. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the written entrance examination/interview withoutthe admit-card.

    3. The candidate is advised to report at the examination centre/hall half-an-hour prior to the start

    of the examination.

    4. The candidate should bring his/her own pen and ink etc.

    5. The written examination will be conducted on 03.07.2011 (Sunday) at IVRI, Izatnagar, Bareilly.

    6. Students should not carry Cell-phones in the examination hall.

    7. Interviews will be held on August, 03-04.2011 (Wednesday& Thursday) at 09.00 A.M onwards.in the University Building at I.V.R.I., Izatnagar, Bareilly.

    8. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview to the candidates except those belonging toSC/ST category.
