Dr. Shivani Sachdev Gaur served for about four years in the United Kingdom as an IVF (surrogacy) clinical researcher at a well known hospital named Hammersmith Hospital, and she also practiced as a gynecologist and obstetrician at Royal Infirmary hospital in Edinburgh.

Due to her services Dr Shivani Sachdeva was rewarded the membership of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (UK) in May, 2005.
