KMA PROPERTY ROCK GEOCHEMISTRY REPORT

1.00 Introduction This report provides the results of a rock geochemistry program conducted on the KMA property in the Wycliffe - St Mary Prairie area during 2009.

1.10 Location and Access The KMA claims are located roughly halfway between Kimberley and Cranbrook B.C. in an area referred to as the St Mary Prairie. The claims are centered near UTM coordinates 5497000N -587000E, Trim maps 82G.061 and 82G.062. Road access on the property is good with many secondary roads present.

1.20 Property The KMA claims are a contiguous group of 3 blocks of claims that are 100% owned by Ruby Red Resources Inc. #212 1000-9th Avenue SW. Calgary, AB T2P 2Y6

1.30 Physiography The KMA claims occur within an area of very sparse outcrop. Terrain is gentle rolling hills and shallow gravel filled seasonal drainages. The area is used for cattle grazing and is characterized as natural grass lands. Timber species include Douglas Fir, Yellow Pine with minor components of Western Larch and Lodge Pole pine all within an open setting.

1.40 History of Previous Exploration Since the early 1980's there has been moderate to heavy exploration in the area of the KMA claims. Exploration has been targeting a large and highly intense magnetic anomaly associated with a number of small granite outcrops. Assessment reports within the general area are 02555, 4123, 4268, 13745, 15382, 16689, 16373, 16614, 16613, 15496, 15824, 17142, 17043, 18180, 20485, 22732, 24298, 24769, 26316, 26506, 27345 and 27686.

1.50 Purpose of work Rock Geochemistry and prospecting was done to establish the existence of gold mineralization associated with intrusives on the KMA claims.

2.00 ROCK GEOCHEMISRTY / PROSPECTING Prospecting for rock geochemistry was conducted in the spring of 2009 in an area of granite outcrop and sub crop on the KMA property. The area of interest is interpreted to lie within a panel of complex structure associated with the St Mary fault. The area has seen previous exploration targeting a highly intense and large magnetic anomaly associated with the granite outcrop. The St Mary fault in the area of the KMA property is thought to be an east - west trending structure similar to the Kimberley fault located to the north. The St Mary fault is in the footwall of the northeast trending Sullivan corridor.

A drill hole from a previous exploration program, assessment report number 26506, was relogged and had targeted sampling of pegmatite quartz vein zones hosting aplites, mirolitic cavities and quartz veining. The granites show varying levels of magnetic content, generally the more abundant and coarse the hornblend the more magnetite present. Patchy calc-silicate alteration is noted in fragmental sedimentary units, and bedded sediments within the areas of granite outcrop.

Results from prospecting and selected core analysis have confirmed the existence of anomalous gold on the KMA property. Associated anomalous levels of Mo, W and Bi indicate compatibility with a suite of intrusive which trend across the Rocky mountain trench. Within geological literature the plutons are referred to as the Bayonne suite. Of exploration interest is the fact these plutons exist within the historic east Kootenay placer fields of Moyie, Perry and Wildhorse Creeks. .

3.00 CONCLUSION Rock geochemistry and prospecting have indicated the granites on the KMA property exhibit physical and geochemical characteristics consistent with a volatile nature. Zoning of mineralization would be expected in this type of intrusive setting. An effort should be focused on testing the margins of the plutons and adjoining sediments. Where anomalous precious or base metals are found targeted geophysics could be valuable in locating areas of sulphide or silica.
