    ABSTRACT

    The project is to integrate solar power with WAPDA

    supply as taking solar as main input.

    It will provide power to loads if solar energy is not

    available.

    It is an improvement to the existing Solar power

    generation projects because it intelligently control the

    power .

    Load will be managed according to the available

    power source.

    ABSTRACT

    It is a prototype project for 100/200 (DC/AC) watts.

    It automatically calculates the load and manage it.

    Program will be made available in form of a calculator

    which will do all the calculation and load

    management.

    According to the need of users we can calculate our

    complete system requirements via software.

    Goals & Objectives

    In a country like Pakistan where Energy crisis is

    burning issue & conventional sources are not enough

    to fulfill the requirements so we need to move

    towards the non-conventional sources like Solar

    Power.

    Solar power can provide energy in remote Areas

    without any transmission lossTo provide alternate power system in low cost.

    It can be effectively applied in countries like Pakistan

    where solar energy is available in excess about 4 to 5

    peak hours.

    Generally It can be applied in homes, offices,

    Education centers, Hospitals etc.

    It can also be applied in remote areas without any

    Transmission cost.

    Future Enhancements

    In Future projects of solar power system people can

    use Solar tracker to increase its efficiency.

    Solar power could be integrated with WAPDA or anyother power system such as wind power system.

    Currently Solar Panels are not utilized on industrial

    level but it can be use by applying on broader level.

    In 7th semester hardware and software for DC loads willbe done.

    8th Semester

    In 8th Semester complete project for DC loads as wellas AC loads will be done with automatic loadmanagement system. Also the project will hopefully be

    completed at the end of 8th semester.
