Remember what a thrill it was to get your fi rst bicycle? Every year, at Christmas time, we have the opportunity to provide bicycles to elementary age children in Central Arkansas. These children will not have a bike unless we provide it for them. We will be accepting donations of new or used bicycles. We need bikes of all sizes. We prefer single speed bikes with hand or coaster brakes, but weʼll take all bikes as long as they are in good condition. Please bring your donations to the Care Center Monday through Friday from 8am - 4:30pm. Thanks for making a child smile this Christmas. sized coats can also be donated and will be given to the Rock Creek Homeless Ministry.

Collection bins will be located in the Town Square near both entrances and at the Children’s

Aquarium beginning Sunday, October 17through Monday, November 8th.

Florianópolis, Brazil Mission Trip

Our team leaves for Brazil this Thursday. Among other things, the team will teach dance in a school, work with children at the CADI ministry's daycare, and help with repairs around the ministry campus.

Ghana West Africa Mission trip dates are June 23rd - July 3rd. If you are interested contactWayne Slay at wslay@churchatrockcreek.com. There will be an informational meeting on October 17th at 5:00 pm in the 5th grade room.

This trip will be a compassion and Medical trip and we will be dedicating the water wells we provided.

SIGN UP FOR A CLASS BY WRITING THE CLASS NAME ONTHE BACK OF YOUR WELCOME ENVELOPE.

Childcare is available for infants through 5th grade, for all of the Life Development classes. Registration is required, and you may register at the aquarium desk in the children’s area. There is no cost for the Rookie Class, but there is a $3.00 charge for one child or $5.00

for two or more children for the other classes.

1ST BASE: ROOKIE CLASSNEXT CLASS: OCTOBER 31ST, 2 PM(AT THIRD PLACE COMMUNITY)

Rock Creek’s founder and senior pastor,Mark Evans, meets with this class.You’ll have the opportunity to join the church.

2ND BASE: SPRING TRAINING CLASSNEXT CLASS: NOVEMBER 11TH, 6 PM(IN WORSHIP CENTER)

Spring Training Class meets with Teaching Pastor Greg Kirksey, and is designed to help you continue to grow in your relationshipwith Christ.

3RD BASE: ALL STARS CLASSNEXT CLASS: TBA

This class is taught by Pastor Wayne Slay and is designed to help you identify the areas of gifting in your life that you most enjoy.

HALL OF FAME CLASSNEXT CLASS: NOVEMBER 16TH, 6 PM(IN CARE CENTER)

The Hall of Fame Class is the final class and is led by Pastor Mike Grober and will lead you toward the most thrilling experience you can have in life.

An EPIC Adventure...the phrase brings to mind thoughts like, “something great, impressive, worth giving your time to...or even your life.”

Today I am talking about how the life that God plans for us to experience together is an EPIC adventure.
