Our model allows internal HR teams to focus on interviews, hiring and on-boarding new hires while ITR Partners focus on targeting talent, screening applicants and advertising new roles. With the ITR Partners RPO model we are with you on site, liaising direct with hiring managers and assisting in recruitment strategy. Our consultant will integrate into your daily processes/preferences working towards KPI’s and service level agreements defined by you.

Our monthly inclusive fee greatly reduces cost-per-hire and frees up time for members of HR to add value in other aspects of the business. On setting up our RPO Model you will benefit from all of our recruitment software, database of applicants, job boards and advertising routes.
