A. Introduction

Purpose:

The purpose of this document is to define, schedule and implement in-service

inspection of Coiled Tubing and Stimulation equipment within NPS.

Responsibility:

Scheduling: QAQC is responsible for scheduling the inspections/tests and the relevant

department heads will implement the plan.

Procedure:

The inspection/test of the equipment/components detailed in this document shall be

scheduled, carried out and documented as per plan in coordination with third party,

client or specialists where required.

All relevant records shall be maintained and updated in the files.
