Outline

• Wiki-of self tagged rss feeds that are put in a database and confirmed in a wikipedia fashion, this is indeed from this category. This would be a future step.

• Then you choose your topics of interest within biking,

and the time for each topic.

• Finally with the end of each article it records how long you spent on it, as well as your rating on a five star or thumbs up or down system, and then saves that as a way to improve your next use.

Wiki RSS Categories (WILL SKIP THIS STEP FOR TIME BEING)

• First Goal: Have people input an RSS feed, a title for it, and its topic tags. This should be confirmed in a model similar to wikipedia, in which they use a citation index. This is something that exists for academic sources, does it exist for news sources? If so, is it done through peer review/crowdsourcing? If not, use of wikipedia like structure in which people enter and tag rss feeds with topic categories (this would have to be limited but there could be a way to suggestion additional ones).

Feedback

• There would be two rating systems ideally. One just a timer that tracks how long each item should take vs. how long the reader spends on it

• Then a second would be a rating system. Still looking into it but have code for the visual side of it. Simple way would just be to have users rate the content and give more preference to content from the rss feeds that they prefer.
