Facility consists of :
• Administration/classroom building equipped with the latest multimedia technologies
• Process, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation workshops equipped with state of the art simulators, models and training equipment similar to those found in a modern oil & gas facilitymodern oil & gas facility
• Accommodation blocks with capacity to house 120 delegates at a time

Operations in Syria
• Facility will deliver operations & maintenance training for Syrian fresh graduates joining the oil & gas industrygraduates joining the oil & gas industry
• One year intensive program starting with 3 months of technical English language and followed by 9 months of Technical training
• Course delivery will be a combination of Classroom instruction, practical skills training/simulation, e-learning and Computer Based Training
• Out of 30 operational positions, Petrofac expat instructors will comprise approximately 10 positions – rest of organisation will be local content
• Expats to ‘train the trainer’ and phase themselves out within 5 years
