About Us

Informed Technologies India Limited (ITIL), formerly known as KFA Corporation, is a Mumbai-based firm operating in the Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) space. The company's main activities are in the information technology and business process outsourcing (BPO). ITIL under its BPO operations offers a gamut of data management services to the financial sector which includes database development, data validation and maintenance to its clients in USA. The company undertakes projects mainly in the financial sector. It has most of its clients in the USA.

ITIL is a subsidiary of Khandelwal group and engages in collecting and analyzing data on financial fundamentals, corporate governance, director/executive compensation, and capital market for the financial content sector in the United States. Its outsource services comprises financial databases and back office activity for research/advisory reports. The company is based in Mumbai, India.

GAUTAM KHANDELWAL – ChairmanGautam Khandelwal studied in the London School of Economics and has a background in building and managing companies across a variety of sectors including manufacturing and real estate for the 70 year old Khandelwal Group.  He founded Informed-Tech to provide off-shore analytical and back-office services to the financial services sector. He has also served on the board of directors of Punjab National Bank (Second largest nationalized bank in India) as a government nominee director. He is also on the board of several large listed and unlisted companies.
