1. Terms of price : FOR Kanjikode, ( Supply, Installation and Commissioning of the 2 Channel Rework Station of Weller Make. Necessary utilities for the System should be provided. 2. Due date : 21-03-2017 at 02.00 pm. 3. Tender opening date : 21-03-2017 at 02.30 pm. 4. Validity of the quote : 120 days. 5. Warranty : 2 year 6. Packing : Standard packing 7. Payment : 90% Payment, After 30 days from the date of delivery of the

Material, balance 10% will be made immediately against after

submission of PBG for an amount of 10% of the PO value, valid for a

period of warranty period.

8. Delivery & Commissioning : within 6 weeks from the date of Purchase Order (PO).

9. C FORM : C Form will be issued by the purchaser if it is applicable. 10. PBG : The Supplier shall submit Performance Bank Guarantee for an amount of 10% of the order value, valid for warranty period, issued by any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank.
