Product Care and Maintenance

Let's get started…

· Never open more than one drawer at a time.

· The use of tip-over restranits may reduce but not eliminate the risk of tip-over.

· Make sure you receive all boxes. If your item is packed in one box, box count will read 1

of 1, likewise if your item is packed in two boxes, box count will read 1 of 2 and second

box will read 2 of 2.

· Read each step carefully. It is very important that each step is performed in the correct

order. If these steps are not followed in sequence, assembly difficulties will occur.

· Work in a spacious level area, preferably carpet, near the place the unit will be used.

· DO NO USE power tools to assemble your furniture, it will strip and damage parts.

· Your package should include the following hardware and parts. Parts are labeled or

stamped on the raw edge. Please inspect contents to ensure you have received all

components. If you are missing any hardware or parts please contact customer

service right away before assembly.

Helpful hints, read before beginning assembly

Assembly Tools Required (not supplied)

· Wipe clean with dry soft cloth, never use chemicals or cleaning products they will

damage the finish.

· Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight, as sunlight causes fading.

· Never push, drag or pull your furniture, to move to a new location carefully with

two or more people carry the unit to its new location.

· Avoid extreme changes in temperature by arranging furniture away from radiators,

heat and air vents and air conditioning units.

Insert the mini fix ⑥ (nuts) with the

cross arrow mark facing upward and

aim to panel A, I & K 's top thru

holes. (As shown)

Place the drawer slide A ⑭ onto the 2 holes area

shown at left side panel A and I. Then tighten it

with 2 screws ⑬ and 1 screw ③. Do the same for

the 5 other slide A ⑭.

Insert pvc dowels ⑤,

into 8 non thru holes

as shown using

hammer to gently tap

them in.

Tighten

V-brackets ⑰ on

panels I and K as

shown by using 2

screws ③.

Place Hinges ⑪ at the

panel K as shown.

Then tighten the hinges ⑪

with 2 screws ⑩ and 2

screws ③.

Place a drawer slide A ⑭ onto the 2

holes area shown at left side of panel H.

Then tighten the drawer slide A ⑭

with 2 screws ⑬ and 1 screw ③ .

Insert, push down and tighten mini fix

screw ⑥, to the hole as shown, 8pcs.

Insert pvc dowels ⑤ to edge of the

panel H 's non-thru hole as shown.

Using hammer to gently tap them in.

-Place panel Q and panel R on each side of panel N & O as shown.

-Then, tighten screw ② to panel Q and panel R 's lower thru holes

to fix them onto panel N & O.

-Next tighten screw ② to panel Q and panel R 's upper thru holes

to fix up to the panel S.

-Flip drawer over with bottom side down, disassemble the lock ⑫ into 5 parts as shown,then install the lock ⑫

by inserting the lock ⑫ 's cylinder into middle thru hole of panel N & O, then fix the lock up.

-Tighten 2 screw ④ from inner side of panel N & O into the handle ④ holes.

-Flip drawer with bottom side up, place panel T onto the

drawer and align properly. Then nail the nails provided

with hammer on the border of panel T as shown.The gap

between 2 nails should be about 100mm.

-After that, place drawer slide B ⑮ with the small white

roller facing outward and with other end tip touching

panel N & O onto each bottom side (angle) edge of

panel R and panel Q. Then tighten 3 screws ③ on each

drawer slide B ⑮ (as shown).

* Fix Panel B,C,D,E,F,G onto Panel I by inserting the (Right) dowels onto the non-thru holes at Panel I.

*Place Panel H (with drawer slide A ⑭ downward and the small white roller facing frontward) onto panel

G and panel F by inserting the (down) dowels onto non-thru holes at bottom area of panel H. Using allen

key ⑧ to tighten the 2 screw ① from the middle thru hole of panel G and Panel F.

* Using allen key ⑧ to tighten screw ① from the 4 thru holes of panel H.

* Lay the chest at face down position, Place the 3 back Panels M onto

the back of the main unit, and join the 2 panel M togather with H-profile

by slotting one side each of panel M into the track of H-profile. Then align

them properly for nailing.

* Then use hammer to nail the nails one by one and at center of

4 side edges. Gap between 2 nails should be about 100mm for all.

* Then take the adjusting panel Y

and place it inside the right

compartment by putting it on top

the 4 shelf support as shown.

* Lift up the main unit carefully and let it stand up properly.

* Cover all the screw ① 's head with the pvc cap provided by

pushing the cover's stem onto the hole of screw head one by

one for all screws.

-Disassemble the lock ⑫ into 5 parts as shown,then install the lock

then fix the lock up.

-Tighten 2 screw ④ from inner side of panel X into the handle

* Take all drawers (5 big and 2 small), and slide them (the white rollers at drawer

slide at both side of drawers are to go into the track of the slides at each side

panel.) all the way gently, one drawer by one drawer starting from bottom one.
