Pharos Tips
• Print only the pages needed in a document.• Edit and proofread papers before printing.• Print one copy at a time.• Always protect your password to prevent others
from using your account.• If you send a print job and then find an error
before releasing the print job, do not release the job. Jobs time-out automatically and it is removed from the release station after 2 hours if it isn’t released.
