Students have adapted to the new rouƟnes of entry and exit from the canteen and the front of the school. The construcƟon company has been noƟed in regard to the Year 11 Final ExaminaƟon Period and the HSC examinaƟons in the MPH and will be cooperaƟng during this Ɵme to ensure noise is kept to a minimum. The curriculum structure for Year 11 2017 has been nalised and students in Year 10 will be interviewed by the Careers Adviser, Deputy Principal and a Head Teacher during the next two weeks to ensure their subject selecƟons are appropriate to meet the paƩern of study required for the award of a Higher School CerƟcate and their parƟcular requirements. Students who have selected a TAFE or Aeroskills course will be required to study 12 units at school as well as the external course. Year 11 will commence their Final Preliminary ExaminaƟons this Friday in the MPH. Students are required to be seated in the examinaƟon room at the scheduled Ɵme on their examinaƟon Ɵmetable and not be arriving at school at this Ɵme. To ensure students are well prepared for HSC examinaƟon condiƟons the Year 11 exams are conducted under the supervision of Mrs Barby, the Presiding Ocer for the HSC examinaƟons. Year 11 will commence their HSC courses at the beginning of Term 4. The Year 12 GraduaƟon Assembly will be held on Thursday September 22 nd in the MPH commencing at 9.30am. Morning tea will be provided at the conclusion of the assembly. Parents, carers and guests are encouraged to park in the school car park. The formal wriƩen examinaƟons for the HSC will commence on Thursday 13 th October. A HSC examinaƟon schedule is available on the BOSTES website. Year 12 students are expected to wear full school uniform for the duraƟon of the examinaƟons. The Year 12 Formal will be held on Friday 23 rd September at the Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre. Make Online Payments It  is now possible for parents to make online payments to the  school  for  amounts  owing  for  students,  via  a  secure payment page hosted by Westpac. Payments can be made using either a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. The payment  page  is  accessed  from  the  front  page  of  the schools website by selec ng $ Make a payment   Items  that  can  be  paid  include  voluntary  school contribu ons, subject contribu ons or excursions that have been invoiced. There is also a category called Other. This to cover  items not  covered  in  the previous headings.   Other can  be  used  to  make  a  complete  payment  of  a  school invoice.  When you access the $ Make a payment you must enter: 

the students name, and 

class and reference number OR 

the students name, and 

date of birth.  These details are entered each  me you make a payment as  student  informa on  is  not  held  within  the  payment system.  There  is  also  the  op on  to  enter  the  Student Registra on Number and  Invoice number  if you are aware of  them.  These  are  op onal  fields  OR  there  is  also  the op on  to  enter  the  Student  Registra on  Number  and Invoice number. These are not used at our  school, please leave them blank.  This  is  a  secure  payment  system  hosted  by Westpac  to ensure that your credit/debit card details are captured in a secure manner.  These details  are not passed back  to  the school.   You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed. Receipts can be emailed and/or printed.  Details  of  the  payments  are  passed  daily  to  the  school where  they will be  receipted against your child’s account. As  a  receipt  has  been  issued  from  the  payment  page  a further receipt will not be issued by the school.  For any enquiries regarding the Online Payment process
