ADJUSTMENTS ON PILOT BURNER

- Adjust air pressure “Air P” between 4 and 12 mbars above the pressure pipe with the throttle.

- Close the adjustment Tee “B”

- Adjust the flame with the adjustment tee “C” (Pgas1). The flame must be stable and must generate a stable flame signal. During the adjustment the flame can be seen through a sight glass.- Open the adjustment tee “B” until the desired flame length is achieved (Pgas2).

- Finally, reduce the adjustment tee “C” to obtain a stable blue flame

The Pgas1 e 2 gas pressures at the head of the pilot must be recorded for future reference
